Shipping policy

Shipping area We ship to the EU and selected international destinations. If you can't checkout, it's an indication we don't ship to your country.

Processing time Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days of receipt of payment.

Delivery time Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days from dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier selected. International deliveries may take longer.

Carriers Shipments are handled by DHL, Hermes, UPS, or DPD.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on destination and order value, and are displayed to you before you complete your order at checkout.

Transfer of risk For purchases by consumers, risk of accidental loss or damage during transit stays with us until the goods are handed over to you — not at the point of handover to the shipping carrier (per German consumer-protection law, § 475 Abs. 2 BGB). This does not apply if you independently arrange your own carrier not designated by us.

Partial shipments Orders with multiple items may be shipped in multiple parcels. This does not create any extra shipping costs for you.

Delivery delays If a delay occurs (e.g. due to stock shortages or circumstances beyond our control), we will notify you promptly.

Customs and import duties (for deliveries outside the EU) For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees, or other charges may be applied by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are the buyer's responsibility.
