Your statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This right applies to every item we sell, without exception, and does not depend on the packaging being unopened. The complete withdrawal notice and the model withdrawal form are set out in § 8 of our Terms & Conditions, which take precedence over this page.

To withdraw, send us a clear statement at contact@bibica.eu before the 14-day period expires. We will refund all payments received from you, including standard outbound delivery costs, within 14 days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Our voluntary 30-day return
In addition to your statutory rights, we voluntarily accept returns up to 30 days from receipt. This is a goodwill offer. It extends, and does not limit or replace, the statutory right described above — during the first 14 days the statutory terms always apply, whichever is more favourable to you.

For a voluntary return made after day 14:

  • the item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • sealed sets must still be sealed
  • proof of purchase is required
  • return shipping is at your cost
  • we refund the item price; original outbound shipping is not refunded

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
This is separate from returns and withdrawal. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us at contact@bibica.eu with photographs. Your statutory warranty rights apply for two years from delivery, as set out in § 9 of our Terms & Conditions. Faulty items are returned at our cost.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm the outcome and refund to your original payment method. Statutory withdrawals are refunded within 14 days of notice. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

Starting a return
Email contact@bibica.eu with your order number and which items you wish to return, and we will confirm the return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us.
